As per the Consumer Protection (distance selling) regulations 2000 a full refund will be given within seven days of delivery should you (the customer) change your mind about the purchase. A full refund of the cost of the product and original postage will be refunded but you (the customer) will be liable to pay for all return packaging and postage costs.
If a product is damaged in transit or faulty, you (the customer) should notify Charlotte Esposito / White Orchid Arts within 7 days of receiving the delivery. Any longer than this and the item costs will not be refunded. The item will need to be returned by you (the customer) via the post. Upon receipt and inspection of the faulty product / goods you (the customer) will be offered the option of either a replacement item and refund of return postage (of the fulty item), an alternative of equal value and refund of return postage (of the faulty item) or a full refund of original purchase price plus all postage paid, within thirty days.
